In support of Bolivian human rights organizations we are gathering signatures to demand that US Government immediately serve former Bolivian President, Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada, and former ministers, Carlos Sanchez Berzain and Jorge Berindoague with legal papers requiring them to return to Bolivia to testify in the deaths of 59 Bolivians who were protesting during the "gas war" of September and October of 2003.
